However if we at ShadeSpace have made a mistake during production we will replace the sail at no cost and you can keep the original as well . Also any discrecpancies in the measurements you supply will be questioned before manufacture. If any discrepancies are unable to be solved we will not proceed further and you will recive a full refund or credit. &#x2022; Standard Products: We offer a 30-day refund period for standard products, provided they are unopened and returned in their original packaging. Return Process&#x2022;&#xA0;You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return of standard products . To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.&#x2022;&#xA0;To initiate a return, please contact us at sails@shadespace.com.
