What warranty do you offer on ShadeSpace shade sails, and what does it cover?
Our workmanship warranty runs for the same period as the fabric you choose: 15 years on Monotec 370 and Commercial 95, 10 years on ExtraBlock 330 and Shadetec 320. We manufacture every sail ourselves, so the warranty is ours to honour.
What if I measure wrong?
We check every set of measurements before we cut, and we'll contact you if something looks off. If a sail still doesn't fit the space you measured, our Fit Guarantee covers it — we make you a new one free and you keep the original. How the Fit Guaran
