How will I receive assistance with my shade sail inquiry?
We have our Bot called Shadz who we are training to answer certain questions however, anything he is unable to answer is forwarded to our support team and will be answered via e-mail or sometimes a phone call from a team member.
How can I send you files that are too large for email?
For files that are too large to send via email, you can upload them to a file-sharing service such as Dropbox and provide us with the link. We will review the files and prepare an offer based on the provided documents and requirements.
